The wood core, uneven thickness, and top sheet material are all optimized for splitboards, and the design brings out the best in the characteristics of the base model.
The PHANTOM HERCULES HOOK adopted from 19-20 is lightweight and simple in structure, highly reliable, and easy to switch modes in harsh conditions. In addition, aluminum protectors have been added to the nose and tail to minimize damage to the board when touring. The Tip-Lock is also fixed with a through screw, making it easy to replace in the event of a malfunction or damage.
Starting with the 22-23 model, reinforcement glass cloth has been added around the Ride Mode insert to protect the wood core from binding impacts.
